Applications open for Community Partnerships 2017/18

The Health Promotion Agency (HPA) Nutrition and Physical Activity (NPA) programme is offering Community Partnership grants up to $5,000 to support community projects that provide opportunities for children under age five (5) to engage in active play.

Community Partnerships are about enabling communities to develop and implement their own local opportunities for children under 5 to engage in active play.  We want to see kids all over the country moving and playing more – the how is up to you!

Community-based groups and organisations are encouraged to apply for the one-off grant, with applications opening on Monday 7th August and closing at midday on Friday 8 September 2017.

For further information please download our application form and check out the FAQs we’ve put together – which include tips on how to make your application as successful as possible.

If the FAQs don’t cut it, you can also email your query to Samantha Taylor for more information: s.taylor@hpa.org.nz
