10 Jan Peanut Heaven Salad Dressing

This salad dressing is so easy to make. Throw everything into one dessert bowl for mixing. You can make ahead and store in the fridge for up to three days.

Ingredients

  • 2 heaped tablespoons of crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 heaped tablespoons of  mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoons of honey
  • ½ lemon, squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut milk

Method

  1. Mix away and store in the fridge. Add to your salad and enjoy.
