This is a 4 week meal plan which includes 5 recipes per week. Each week comes with a full ingredients list that you can use to inform your weekly shop. Some ingredients are regular household items, so make sure to check you are all topped up on these before shopping! Each card contains a sneak peek of the ingredients, a recipe with images to guide you as you cook, and nutritional information to help whānau build their nutritional knowledge.
Each set comes with Kai cards, Glossary and shopping lists.
Each Kai card set is sent free of charge. Please note a maximum of 1 of each type applies.
